Members can use the free HHC benefits checker to easily see what Government grants are available to you, get help, advice, and solutions to any debt problems, choose from a full range of insurance services, personal insurance, pet insurance and home insurance being some examples.

For the home buyer our members can use our fully FCA regulated mortgage service or our conveyancing process support package. Take advantage of our expanding range of services and offers, such as HHC broadband, mobile and tablets or free legal advice.

Using our data, the information you provide at registration and external data sources, we try and provide you with specific information, products and services that match your membership profile. As we look to provide additional products and services we are able to present more tailor offers to our members.

Yes. Totally free to all members.

We only receive a commission when we’ve helped our members complete a new deal for a commission paying service. For example, if you’ve found your new supplier or provider through us, our fee is paid by them which helps us to keep our service up to date and to continually improve ways to help our members.

This fee has no impact on the price you pay – we have no control over these prices and how they vary. Our sole purpose is to help provide our members information, products, and services to help them be ‘Better Off’ – so feel free to share the love and tell all your family and friends about your Householder Club.

By registering with Householder Club, you are not making a commitment at all.

The only hope we have is that you read or engage when we contact you, or even read our regular newsletter, as we have searched for many years in our development to find all the different offers and services, where we know many UK households are unaware that they could in fact be entitled to additional benefits or home improvement grants.

Householder Club has been in development for many years and over this period our team have been collecting openly available data regarding homes in the UK from a number of sources including Government, Ofgem, DWP and ONS. This data includes information on energy efficiency, type of building materials used, whether the home is in the country or in a city, what type of insulation the home has, all the way through to how the home is heated and so on.

By launching Householder Club, we are now able to match this information to the government home improvement grants and against the DWP (Department of Work and Pensions) government data – so on your behalf we can identify if your home is entitled to any additional funding or energy saving services.

Working on behalf of our members, we are able to tailor our services to provide a proactive service that analyses all this information and looks to help identify the homes that could qualify for these additional benefits, grants and services without our members having to lift a finger. We do everything for our members in identifying what else they could be eligible for.

When new government opportunities arise, we may contact you to ask a few additional questions, to help further clarify if you are in fact eligible for a new grant or benefit. Any information you provide to Householder Club is stored within your ‘Clubfile’ and we will never sell your data to any third party. This information is used to check eligibility and to communicate with you on specific services to help you become ‘Better Off’.

The Householder Club acts as an introduction service with all the products and services a householder needs, all under one roof.

If you have a specific query regarding a purchase through Householder Club, please contact the specific company you have purchased your product policy or service from.

Our member services team can help with your Householder Club membership or specific FCA authorised products (such as mortgages or home content insurance), but all other products are supported by the relevant Householder Club partner.

Once you have created a Householder Club account, you can amend your details at any time.

For registered members who wish to update their contact details, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account and go to the homepage
  2. Click the drop down menu in the top-right and select ‘My Account
  3. From here you can select ‘Edit Profile‘ to amend your First name and Last name, or you can select ‘Edit My Personal Details‘ to amend your Date of birth and Phone number

If you wish to amend your email address, please contact a member of our Membership Services Team, Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5:30pm, who will be able to help you to amend and verify your new email.

Our online service is available 24/7 – so you can browse, select, and purchase a range of products or sign up to all our services, or read our helpful Householder blogs or helps us to know more about you through our polls – all online from your own Householder Club members area at any-time.

If you have a query and wish to talk to a real person within our UK membership services team, then our team is available through phone, chat, and video calls, 08:30am through to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You can also go online and book the exact time when you wish for our team to call you back – by selecting “call back” in your members area.

1- The promoter is Householder Club Limited whose registered office is at Unit 3 East Bond Street, Leigh, England, WN7, 1BP

2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Householder Club Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition but the winner should be a member of the Householder Club website (our “Platform”)

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Facebook and Instagram.

6- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7- The closing date for entry will be August 30th 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

      UK residents except those mentioned on #2 should be new members of our platform. 

10- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12- The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

14- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/ delivered.

15- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

21-Householder Club Limited will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random from all complete entries received.

22-Householder Club Limited‘s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

23-Householder Club Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

24-Householder Club Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
